“Art is for everybody.” Keith Haring wrote this around 1978 in his journals as a broke art student, and lived it — chalk drawings in subway stations, a Pop Shop that sold his work cheap, murals anyone could walk up to. Oversized, boxy relaxed fit, dropped shoulders, wide twin-stitched ribbed neck, side-seamed, pre-shrunk (size down for a less roomy look).
