“Fashion is part of the daily air and it changes all the time, with all the events. You can even see the approaching of a revolution in clothes. You can see and feel everything in clothes.” Diana Vreeland told Dick Cavett this on air in the late 1970s, claiming you could read an oncoming revolution in clothes before the newspapers caught it. She had earned the claim, having watched the whole 1960s arrive first through hemlines and haircuts. It doubles as a method: to see what a society is about to do, watch what its people have quietly started wearing, well before they can put it into words.
**AS Colour 5082 “Faded Bone” — Oversized Tee (Cream finish).** 100% carded cotton, heavyweight 240 gsm, garment-dyed — each tee fades a little differently, so no two are identical. Oversized, boxy relaxed fit, dropped shoulders, wide twin-stitched ribbed neck, side-seamed, pre-shrunk (size down for a less roomy look). Care: machine wash cold inside-out with like colors, do NOT bleach, do NOT tumble dry (line dry in the shade to protect the garment dye), cool iron inside-out (never iron the print).
