NASHVILLE, Tennessee – December 11, 2009 – John T. Unger/John T. Unger, LLC and Rick Wittrig/Firepitart.com LLC today announced a non-confidential settlement ending the legal dispute between them. This settlement fully resolves all of the parties’ claims against each other, including their litigation. The parties have also agreed on a framework to help them avoid and resolve any future disputes.
