This piece pays homage to Russian Constructivism in it’s use of abstract forms and machine parts. the figure suggests a worker about to spring into action. The steel making up the head and torso is a doorknob and its housing. The legs are an unidentified machine part. The light green wood is a children’s block. All the rest of the wood is a board from a chair cut into several pieces.
