This piece began as as part of an assemblage/mixed media mural project, approximately 50′ x 20′ that I worked on with Juan Angel Chavez & Chris Silva. It was never finished and was abandoned when I left Michigan for New York. A friend salvaged it and hung it in their barn… That assist perfected the piece. All it needed was to be broken and recontextualized.
